Our Story

Welcome to PharmAffinity your professional development and personal growth hub; helping you to achieve you ambition.

The concept of PharmAffinity was born from my desire and ability to support people wanting to transition into a role within pharma. I have been helping people make the transition for a number of years now, albeit on a much smaller scale. But I felt as though I could make a much bigger impact by offering a platform filled with varied content to support individuals development on their own terms! Based on my own experience of transitioning from hospital pharmacist to medical advisor I felt that there was no support or content to help close the knowledge gap between the sectors.

As an experienced medical affairs professional I, along side the very seasoned experts that are the PharmAffinity faculty, want to share our experiences and learnings with you so that you can make informed decisions on the roles you want; and focus your energy in all the right places to upskill and close that gap to achieve your next career step.
